I can't download my file

You're not able to download your file? In some cases, your browser might block the export of your file.

Firstly, it would be ideal to check if you have any ad/pop-up blockers enabled as this can affect downloads. If you're still having issues with this, follow the steps below according to your browser:


Chrome

In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked

1. On your computer, open Happy Scribe.

2. Open the transcript you want to export and click on Export

3. Click on Export Transcript

4. In the address bar, click the Pop-up blocked Icon

5. Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from happyscribe.com and then Done.

That's what you have to click on :)


Safari

  1. On your computer, open Happy Scribe.

  2. Open the transcript you want to export and click on Export

  3. Click on Export Transcript

  4. In the address bar, click the Pop-up blocked Icon

  5. Allow our popups.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. On your computer, open Happy Scribe.

  2. Open the transcript you want to export and click on Export

  3. Click on Export Transcript

  4. In the address bar, click Preferences

  5. Add happyscribe.com to the exceptions
