Subscription Cancellation
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team or through your account settings by heading to Settings & members > Billing. Once you have canceled your subscription, you will not be charged any further fees, and your access to the service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for subscription fees are available to all customers within the first 7 natural days of their subscription. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Have canceled your subscription within the first 7 days of signing up or renewal
Have not violated any of our terms and conditions
Have not made use of the service during the subscription period
Please note that any charges for Human-made files are separate from the subscription and will not be refunded.
Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can contact our customer support team to request a refund. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the request.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original subscription.
