Happy Scribe is an online software that speeds up the transcription process by using Automatic Speech Recognition engines.
The application of our technology can range from transcribing a journalistic interview to captioning online content and Happy Scribe is the perfect tool to leverage the power of transcription.
Once you have successfully created your account, you'll be redirected to your Dashboard. From this page, you can manage your files and your teams.
You will need to confirm your email address to continue.
To upload a new file:
click on the Create button.
A popup window will open, select the file(s) that you want to transcribe and the language in which you want it to be transcribed.
Just hit the Create button and we'll start to transcribe it. You'll be shown the estimated arrival time for your file to be completed.
After a few minutes (usually ½ of the file length) you will receive an email to notify you that your transcript is ready.
On your dashboard, the in progress symbol turn into a transcript/subtitle symbol - this means you can click and open the file.
You will then be redirected to our online Editor which was developed to make it easier for you to proofread the file. The Editor synchronizes the text with the audio for a seamless editing process.
Once you are done proofreading your file, you can export or share it!
