Sharing files
You can share your file by clicking Share in the top-right corner of the editor. This will open a pop-out where you can select your preferred option.
You can change the sharing permissions of people in your Workspace and invite external guests via email.
You can toggle on Share to web and share the URL. This option is view only, with no permission to edit the file.
Can I highlight and share just a highlighted section of my transcript?
Yes you can! Just select the section you'd like to share and click Copy link. This will copy the link to your clipboard and you'll be able to paste this anywhere you'd like. Clicking the link will take you straight to that part in the transcript!
